The Society of Renewable Energy (SRE) is a non-profit professional association connecting over 100 universities and companies, with SRE Indonesia leading the national effort to support the energy transition through youth empowerment. As part of this movement, SRE Hasanuddin University was established in 2020 as a collaborative space for students to learn, innovate, and implement projects in renewable energy.
